LearnCore is multi-tenant academy infrastructure. We took the platform that powers a real production school — Mafia World Game, 32 clubs, 8,400 students, 156 certificates issued — and turned it into a SaaS that any brand can run their academy on.
You bring the curriculum and the brand voice. We bring AI homework review, gamification, certificates with QR, a tutor chat that sounds like you, and a multi-tenant brand engine that ships to mobile, web, and Telegram from a single codebase.
Where we came from
The platform started as the internal LMS of Mafia World Game — an in-person and online mafia academy that grew to 32 clubs across Europe. We built AI homework review for it because grading 200 essays a week was eating the curriculum team alive. After six months the AI was approving 23 of every 30 reviews as-is, and grading time per cohort dropped 70%.
That was the moment we realised: every educator who isn't grading is teaching. So we forked the platform, rebranded the kernel as LearnCore Systems, and turned every hard-coded "mafia" into a tenant config. Today we onboard cooking schools, language academies, corporate L&D teams, fitness chains, and infobiz creators on the same backbone.
How we work
We're a tiny team that ships. White-glove implementation, two-week pilot, no shelfware. We don't sell a platform — we sell the one process that's eating your team's time, prove it works on a single cohort, then scale to everyone.
